Complaints:

Our aim is to provide a high quality service to all our clients. If you have queries or concerns about the work being carried out for you, please let us know. We hope that we will be able to resolve the concern speedily to your satisfaction. Records are kept of all complaints so that we can monitor them.

The complaint should be addressed to Rima Tanna who will respond within 7 days of you raising the matter. Rima Tanna will look at your file and endeavour to settle any misunderstanding or issue. She may also invite you to discuss and resolve the matter in person.

If you believe that the matter has not been resolved satisfactorily within 8 weeks of you raising it, you may refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman. The contact details of the Legal Ombudsman can be found on www.legalombudsman.org.uk There is a time limit of 6 months from our final response to contact the Ombudsman. 

 

Professional Indemnity Insurance:
We maintain compulsory professional indemnity insurance for £2,000,000. This insurance covers all of our practice which is carried on from offices located in England.
