Wills & Probate

Wills

Many people worry about making a will. By having a will, you can give your personal instructions as to what should happen to your estate in the event of your death.  Having a will allows your assets (your home, jewellery etc) to be passed to the people you want, in the way that you want. If you die without making a will, there is a danger that your property may not go directly to people you would want to benefit.

Our full range of Wills & Probate services are designed to make the whole process as painless and stress free as possible.

Probate

Dealing with an estate can be a daunting task and it usually comes at an emotional time. It is important that you conclude the deceased’s affairs appropriately. Dealing with their affairs at this time can be stressful, confusing and complicated. We can assist and guide you with all the paperwork and obtaining the Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration. We can relieve you of the burden of dealing with banks, building societies, insurance companies and Government bodies.  We can tailor make our service to suit your requirements as no two situations are the same, some estates are relatively straightforward and a formal grant may not be needed, others are highly complex.

We offer a fixed fee probate service. We believe that Probate fees should be fair and simple so before we proceed we will discuss and agree a fee with you assuring you of transparency and clarity.
